- Step 1: Fill out the Event Planning Form online to request to put a CCP-sponsored event on the calendar.

- Step 3: Do you need childcare for your event? Please refer to the Childcare Guidelines.
- Step 4: Promote your event! Everything you need to know about our framework for promotions and advertising can be found in the CCP Communications Manual.
