Sermon: “A Strange Birth!” (Matthew 1:18-25)
ChristChurch Children’s Choir will help to lead in worship. Children singing with the choir need to arrive at 8:45 am (Honeybees room) for gathering and sound check.
9:15 am: Communion Worship Service in the Sanctuary
Children’s Church for 4 year olds—3rd graders, after dismissal during the 9:15 service
Nursery care for infants–3 year olds
Adult Sunday School class, “East Meets West” (Blue Room)
11:00 am: Communion Worship Service in the Sanctuary
Children’s Birthday Party for Jesus (for 2 year olds—5th graders) – Children in the choir will be brought to their classes after singing in the 11:00 service. All others need to be in their classrooms by 10:55. The party will begin at 11:15. After the party, the Lambs, Kangaroos, and Honeybees will return to their classes, and the older children will visit Signature Healthcare. The older children will return to the Blue Room in the Education Bldg. for parent pick-up. The younger children will return to their classrooms in the Worship Building for their lesson and playtime.
